Q: Do I need to change my existing phone number/s?
No. With SKY your phone numbers remain the same.
Q: If I have an ADSL service with another ISP , will it be interrupted?
No. There is no interruption in service.
Q: Do you offer Broadband services for business?
Yes of course. SKY specializes in high speed wireless broadband services for business.
Q: We have the Easyline prepaid system, can we change to SKY?
Yes of course. Our customer care will send you a form during the application process for signature. This will migrate your service to a normal line so you can use SKY Line prepaid or SKY Home packages.
Q: I currently do not have any phone lines installed in my house. Can I apply for a new line with SKY?
Yes. SKY Telecom provides a high grade wireless broadband service for professionals at home. This service does not require any wires to the house.
Q: Does SKY have any pre-paid phone service?
Yes. SKY Telecom SKYLine cards provide low cost international and local mobile calls.
Q: Where can I purchase top up cards?
SKY Line cards are available from any Maltapost branch, or from one of our authorised retailers. Top ups can also be made over the phone or using the SKY Telecom web site.
Q: How do I make low cost international calls with SKY?
Dial 1055 before the international number. eg. 10550044123456.
Q: Can I call all other networks numbers on SKY?
Yes. With any SKY service, you can call all networks numbers, both fixed and mobile.
